Went back up to Mt. Storm today, to try to run a deep line. We miscalculated the depth of the silt on the bottom, so our stakes were to short. So we did a deep dive along the wall toward the dam. Water temps were the same, around 50 degrees. But, air temps were much warmer,30 degrees. You would think that this would mean it was warmer, wrong. The wind was blowing, with snow, and it felt much colder than yesterday. It was really miserable out of the water. We have figured a different way to run the line, so we'll give it another try later.
